The black cabs of London are also widely recognized as being a trademark of the city, but not nearly to the extent as the red, double-decker London buses. If you are only traveling a short distance or are getting off here and there as you travel around the city, buses are an ideal option as you can jump on and off as you please with complete ease and for not a lot of money.
