Rijksmuseum

This is the famous town square in Amsterdam, best known for some of the Amsterdam sightseeing highlights found in its borders, including Central Station, the Royal Palace, the Nieuwe Kerk, and Madame Tussand’s Wax Museum. DAM Square also borders the Red Light District for interested travelers, and in general is a great place to people watch and learn a bit about the city of Amsterdam.
Amsterdam Coffee Shops
Travelers curious about Amsterdam coffee shops will find upon entering that the shops are places where adults can legally purchase and consume cannabis. Don't try to make your own sale, however, since that is not allowed, although you can bring your own to smoke as long as you make a purchase of a food or drink item at the shop. Amsterdam coffee shops are located througout the city and tend to be popular gathering places for travelers and locals alike.
